Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

30 ml (2 T) butter or margarine
5 ml (1 t)
prepared mustard
5 ml (1 t) Worcester Sauce
15 ml (1 T) thick cream


Method:

1. Melt the butter and add the mustard and
Worcester Sauce.  Stir until smooth.

2.  Add the cream and serve hot.

TIPS:

If the sauce is too thick, dilute with cream.
