Monkey Gland Sauce

Ingredients:

125 ml (1/2 cup) brown vinegar
45 ml (3 tbsp) Worcester Sauce
125 ml (1/2 cup) tomato sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
salt
freshly ground black pepper
3 ml (1/2 tsp) prepared French mustard
100 g mushrooms, sliced

Method:

1.  Combine all the ingredients for the sauce,
except the mushrooms.

2.  Cover lightly and cooked at 180C for 15-20
minutes.  Add the mushrooms 10 minutes before
serving.
